Originally from New Zealand, Caitlyn made the move to Western Australia in August 2023 and hasn’t looked back. Her career in property began in 2016 as a receptionist, where she quickly found her stride and passion for the industry. Since then, she has worked her way up through various roles, most recently as Assistant Property Manager with Aigle Royal Group, where she managed a diverse portfolio of retail shopping centres throughout Western Australia.
What she loves most about property management is the people side — building strong tenant relationships, working closely with owners and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Known for her organisation, clear communication, and ability to problem-solve under pressure, Caitlyn thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.
She brings a mix of professionalism, initiative, and a bit of Kiwi charm into every role she takes on.
